GATEWAY

Gateway had put cow spots on their computer boxes in 1991. Although the boxes were fanciful and unconventional for a high-tech company, they were eye-catching, fun, and undeniably unique. The first application of the Gateway logo was the redesign of every box, manufactured in numerous countries by countless suppliers. Lyn and Bill designed an architecture for the information, revised the cow spot art, applied the logotype and sent final files for print to each supplier worldwide.
